Capital Choice Consumer Credit ripoff deceptive company Miami Florida
This company uses deceptive practices punishable under Federal Laws. I'm referring to laws like the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Why? Because they use your name which they probably bought from the company that rejected your credit application. You cannot imagine the desperation to get your credit back. You become so desperate that even I, with several years of legal experience, almost fell for this scam. I had to read the "fine print" with a magnifier lens to really understand this. Imagine other people.
They cannot use your "bad" credit history to sell you a service like this. The "fine print" is really small and without any paragraph separation.
The intention is clear: so you don't read it well. They don't define the term "merchandise card" and in the advertisement in the front, on the "Approval Certificate" they don't explain anything about the "Dream Rewards Program" nor define what a concept like "merchandise card" means.
To this moment I can't.
They use our desperation to get our credit back, to land a job,(which can be declined for bad credit), etc.
This is a very deceptive practice and should be stopped.
