Capital Collections LLC HARASSING & DISOBEYS LAW Miami, Florida
Capital Collections has called my place of employment 2-3 times a day, when they were notified not to call my employment anymore, it was against the law. They have tried telling co-workers of my debts and getting their name and phone number to harass them. They refuse to obide by the law, and continue to call and speakand yell and make rude comments to co-workers. It seems that taking them to court doesn't bother them. They have a PO BOX for an address and no physical address to serve them papers. They do not recognize the "fdcpa", as they are above them.
