Jay, I do not want to interfere with your bank process, but let me share other consumers' experiences. You can not very simply stop Capital First, because they will charge your account 3-6 times in the next 2-4 weeks, under DIFFERENT names, with DIFFERENT amounts. There is no way to stop: "any amount from any name that Capital First ever will use". (They are very creative, there is no way to guess the names they will use.) Please read back other reports on Capital First, you will see much more clearly the problem. You should consider to close your account... The numbers they gave you are all false... Very simply by looking at the phone the guy created a number. They either use too short or too long numbers. (You should have asked him to repeat the number, I am absolutely sure he would have failed...)
