Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
A Capital First employee called me at work on June 19th and told me that I had been approved for a Mastercard with a credit limit of $2500.00. At first I was confused and told her that I didn't remember filling out any applications but she assured me that I did. There was 0% intrest and my payments would only be $14.99 per month. She said that all she needed was a check for $29.95 and my card would arrive in 4-6 weeks.

The woman already had all of my information. All I had to do was verify that it was correct. My gut told me that it was too good to be true but I didn't listen. I should have. On July 9th I received a membership benefits package that said I had 7 days to call and cancel if I didn't want it. There was no card. Just some applications and booklets.

On July 10th I called four times trying to cancel these benefits because I didn't want them and I definetly didn't want to pay for them. No one would help me. The last gentleman that I talked to would not listen to a word that I said. Nobody would cancel these for me. On July 11th I went to my bank to deposit my paycheck. My balance was NEGATIVE $91.00!!!!! after depositing my check. I completely freaked out.

Capital First had said that I approved 2 electronic check withdrawls for $59.95 and $99.95!!!! Not only did they lie but they took money from me that I didn't even have. I am now in the middle of filling out fraud packets to undo some of the damamge of overdraft charges and insufficient funds. The minute I tried to cancel they ripped me off. Now I am fighting to get all of the money they debited me plus my $29.95 since I never got my card. I also have to close my checking account and open a new one.

If you have any ideas on how I can get these people to give me back my money please let me know. I would love to see these SOB's shut down.

Phone or make an internet complaint to the Attorney General in Oregon. Then phone the FBI (info is on the internet. They are using public communication lines to perpetrate a scam. I worked for me in Washington
