Capital First; ripoff liars who victimized us. Miami, Florida
I got a phone call saying I would recieve a $2500.00 mastercard at 0% finance charge. Jeff Johnson and and a Charity Garcia was who I spoke with so they told me I would recive a package after only paying $29.95 prossessing fee this was on July 24,2002.
August 15th 2002 still no package so i called spoke with a man and he said the package showed I reived it on the 2nd of August I said I did not recive anything. I tried to cancel it and he told me he would inquire about why I did not recieve it and to not cancel until I did.
August 16, they took $99.95 and $59.95 out of my account. I called them on the 19th of August asking them why they took my money and they said because the 7 day trail period was up. I was angry concidering I recived the package on the 19th and I had tried to cancell it on the 15th.
So I sent my proof of debit to them and tried faxing them a postal recipt but I get nothing but a busy signal on there fax number.
So this is where I am waiting to see if I get my money back in 48 hours as one other lady reported.
