Capital First ripoff Miami Florida
In June of 2002 Capital First called me to apply for a credit card with them. So I put down a process fee which was $160.00 dollars. I misunderstood the use of the credit card. They originally told me that a credit line was already established but It was a credit card in which you establish your own credit by putting money on the card. At the time I was in college and I did not have any money so I thought the credit card was convenient at the time.
I then called them and request to cancel the credit card, but they told me that it was to late to get my processing back. So I called back a couple weeks later and asked them to reprocess the credit card and they claimed they did. After that I never received the credit card. I kept calling to put in a complaint but they continued to make excuses.
