Nicole, First thing you have to do is go to your bank and tell them to stop all withdrawls!!! Cause there is more companies involed than just capital one. They will find a way to keep getting money. Next, and this is very important, you have to send a letter to your STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL, and do it quick!!!! Go to the web site....www.ftc.com, and click on file a complaint. The exact same thing happened to me, and when I did send the package back with the RA# on it, they said they recieved the package but NO RA #. I have been dealing with them since April 17th, and the attorney general had wrote them a letter, and as of yesterday the account manager for capital one called and said she was responding to the letter from the AG, and my money would be in my account within 5 days, well to my surprise it was in there that same day. If they are not threatened by some kind of legal person, they will not give you your money back. So please, go to that web site and file NOW. Good luck.
