Capital First ripoff scam con artists screwed others too victimized many consumers Miami Florida
i was contacted by a rep. of capital first by phone on july 2, i listened to this person and agreed to receive an info. packet on what they were offering. they promised a master card with a credit limit of 2500.00. i should receive this info. bu mail within 7-10 days. i would then have 7 days to decide if i wanted this mastercard, if not i could cancel with no deductions taken from my checking acct. i waited on my packet to arrive in the mail already i had decided to cancel, but was told i could not cancel untill i received the packet.
i never received it so i called numerous times to see what the delay was for, of course never getting a straight or honest answer. finally received it on july 27 [sat.] so i called first thing that mon. morn to cancel, the rep. that i spoke with would not give me her name
but i did forse her to give me a cancel.#
she said all was taken care of, but failed to inform that they had already stolen 59.95 + 99.95 from my acct. the friday night before i even received the info pkt. on saturday. they also gave out my checking acct. info. to several other companies who were about to start sucking my checking acct. dry.
capital first lied to me, deceived me and they think they will get away with it, i will not stop untill i get reimbursed for the money that this band of con artists, and theives stole from me. this is happening to alot of people, and they need to be stopped.
