capital first ripoff they tell you only 29.95 then charge you 160.00 when your least expecting ripoff waste of time miami florida
I received a call stating I would get a mastercard with a 2500 credit limit for only 29.95. So i gave all my information. Approximatley 3 weeks later my wife gets a package in the mail stating that theres a seven day trial on this "credit card" and that at the end of seven days they're going to take 99.99 for membership fee and a one time fee of 59.95 non refundable processing fee.
We called our bank and too late it was already taken. I live in hawaii so of course they're closed when i recieve my mail. So first thing thing the next morning I called this fraudulant card co. and only recieve an answering service stating that all reps were busy and to just leave my name and number and they would call back.
So I waited till they were almost closed and called back. When I finally talked to a rep they told me that there comptuer told them I recieved the seven day trial on jun 25. well I told them I recieved it yesterday and that they never did give me seven days. So I ask for my money back, And I was told that I cant get the 59.95 fee (that was never disclosed too me) back.
So I requested to talk to her boss. He basically did nothing to help. He gave me an address and told me to mail the packett back and they would send my 99.95 fee within 4 to 6 week, but cannot send my 59.95. This place is a complete bullcrap fraud. they tell you that there is only a 29.95 fee then 2 weeks later your account is missing 160.00 without any notice.

Go to your bank, and dispute the unathorized charges (There is a form to fill out, you cannot do it over the phone.) Your bank can get back your money. Capital First does not have any refund (or other) policy, they never give any refund. They want you to send back packages, then wait 4-6 weeks ONLY because they know that your bank unable to reverse the charges after 30 days.
