It seems as if your anger is misdirected. You are asking Capital One to refund your money with basically no proof. Although the condition of the charge is in dispute(trial that you can't return), it is a charge you admited you did make. So where is the RipOff Report on the company that won't refund your money? Also, if you really think that you should be able to talk to the CEO you are quite frankly...crazy. But as a test perhaps you should call the CEO of any of your other credit cards or bank accounts and see how far you get. When you don't get any farther I expect you will do the same thing and cancel your account with them. After all any CEO that won't talk to you must not care about customer service either.
