To Whom this may concern: I am a single mother of two, work two jobs just to keep my family under financial control. I send a money order of $279.00 on August 4, 2004 to receive a "promised PLATINUM CARD". As you can see by now, my reason for writing to you is that of which I have yet to receive this credit card, and I am deeply concern as to where my money went, if I for some reason or another was not qualified for this card. With all do respect to your company I am in need of this money today not tomorrow, so if you do not send me either my money back or my credit card, you will hear from my attorney. I am sure you wouldn't like to go through drastic measures, but if that is what it's going to take then I am afraid I will have to abide by my word. Again, this is just a friendly and respectful warning, and acknowledgement as your company failed to meet it's promise its'customer. Thank you for your time, Sincerely,
Sara
