Capitol Kia -- LeRoy, Rudy, Jason Thomson, Alex Liars! Rude! Cheats! Austin Texas
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life!!!
A few weeks ago, my car was totaled in an accident. In search of a new car I began looking at Capitol Kia. Alex, the most useless salesperson in the history of the world, said these exact words to me after running my credit: "you're approved, all you have to do is come in and pick out a car". But, I explained to him that I didn't have a vehicle and ALEX offered to come pick me up from my work. Please note this was 3:30 in the afternoon and he said he'd be there at 5. So 5 o'clock came around, then 6 o'clock then 7 and finally 7:30 ---- and NO ALEX. I called various times and the other salesjerks (Rudy, Jason Thomson and Leroy) all LIED to me and said he was putting gas in the car and was on his way -- FOR FOUR HOURS!!!!!
The next day I called to speak with the "manager" Rudy. He was a complete IDIOT and said "we don't make house calls".
Apparently the staff there has no clue or understanding of what "customer" means, or for that matter, what "honesty" is.
O! And by the way, if you call and want the $7900 little Kia Rio - They don't have them. It's simply and advertising ploy....again with the dishonesty.
DON'T GO TO CAPITOL KIA!!
