Capitol KIA screws their customers, ripoff Austin Texas
I used to sell cars for Capitol KIA for several months. After being treated like dirt, being cheated out of commissions, and watching the customers get screwed to the wall and listening to the sales managers and finance guys actually BRAG ABOUT IT, I left. They'll pop a customer for full sticker AND oversized payments and, of course, lowered trade-in values. I watched the usual screw-them-to-the-wall price be about $2000...over MSRP!
I'm here to spread the word that they, Sales Managers and Financial Dept. and half the "Sales Consultants" are nothing but the worst type of auto dealer scum I've ever dealt with. They will lie, cheat, and use every trick in the book to try and wear you down to buy their POC. I heard one of them brag about making a $2200 commission and how he "stuck it in all the way". That's about $9000 over invoice!
Now, the service writers in the back are decent but they refuse to sell cars up front because they know the truth. Still, the owner and the general manager permit and encourage this behavior to go on as it generates sales. They can rebut all they want but the more they protest, the more it proves my point.
Now, I have to go wipe the slime off my hands from even thinking of working in that sh*thole.
