Capitol One Deceptive Practices, Uncaring customer service Internet
CAPITOL ONE IS FRAUDULANT, DECEPTIVE AND IMMORAL. All they care about is getting every penny they can even if they have to lie and threaten the consumer. Threaten my credit becuase you say i miss calculated by $74. Yet no one at the company can tell me how. They charged me $652 becuase they say I was short by $74 on a payoff of a interest defered credit card after making on time payments for 18 months. They chose to notify me 3 months later and put on my credit report I was late on payments for June and JULy without any notification. I paid exactly what they said the balance was. Now I have to use all my families vacation money to pay off thier FALSE charge. They DO NOT CARE one little bit and the supervisor will not call me back as promised. That is because they KNOW what they are doing is wrong and none of them can make an argument that makes any sense at all. I say to Capitol One - YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE YOU CAN. YOU THREATEN PEOPLE WITH PERFECT CREDIT BECAUSE YOU KNOW WE TAKE OUR CREDIT SERIOUSLY. THREATEN ME WITH DESTROYING MY CREDIT SO I WILL PAY YOUR FALSE CHARGES. Well you got what you wanted but you will never get another cent off me or anyone I Know. Not that you care. I hope those pirates take the president of capitol one and bend him over his own desk.
