Capitol One, a fraudulent ripoff business. Richmond, Virginia
These ripoff artists allowed a privacy guard to put on my account that sent it over the limit. That caused a over the limit fee they did not take off, something i would have to pay. They charged me a late fee on top of the over-the-limit fee.
I sent them the 200.00 payoff, but by this time, they came up with some $67.00 charge, from where? who knows? By the time i picked up the phone and dialed the number, I had a late fee on that.
Now I want to make a settlement with them to pay off this account and they want to charge me almost the 200.00 credit limit again. They are disguised as a business, but they are in the true since ripp-off artist.
I applied for a kmart card and wouldnt you guess, they are the same ones that handle that store as well. I'm in deep trouble.
