Captain Ds Canton Road Marietta Ga Did not bring out prepaid online order Marietta Ga
Ripped us off. We paid for online order (BIG MISTAKE) for 4 people and encountered really rude interaction from the Canton Road Ga location. In the past we had made a few previous orders missing a lot of items, (left out of bag) which we ignored but SHOULDN'T have, This time Captain Ds will not do. No food, no explanation - all we ask of this strange business is a refund for our food we never got.
Nevermind the agravation of trying to get their corporate to refund us, over and over, which they have said is going to happen but hasn't. LESSON LEARNED HERE - NEVER GO AGAINST INSTICT, which we did just because we were tired and hungry. Never again. Now we will contact the govt office of consumer affairs and BBB for our refund,, Hopefully, it is illegal for a restaurant to keep our money this way.
