Car Care VSC Sparta Capital Management my 80 year old sister paind $189.00 per month for a service that was not needed. Tried to cancel and they denied getting her letter to cancel. Car only driven 3600 miles in 2 years. Poor customer service and deceitful. Hops to get it cancelled ficnally. unknown Nationwide
My 80 year old sister leased a VW in 2015 and asomehow got signed up for a vehilce protection plan thru Care Care and Sparta Capital Management for payment. She has spent $189.00 a month for a servie that was not needed. I tried to cancel it over a year ago and met with problems. She sent letters to cancel andit was not. Bills kept coming and due to her age she kept paying until I was able to intervene. They denied hearinf from her. As long as she paid they were happy to ignore us. I finally had to go thru hoops and getting a notrized account of miles on car to cancel. To date (1 monthlater ) she has not recived a bill. She has only put on 36oo miles in 2 years....and did not need this! The fact that they put up roadblocks and denied hearingfrom her, and also told me over a year ago "there is nothing you can do about it because you are her her sister and don't have right to cancel for her." My sister then talked to them and nothing happened with cancelation a year ago. I don't know my sisters fincacial dealing but am aware of this and the company is crooked! Is there any recourse with abuse of a senior citizen??

I am just a consumer, but it really sounds like elder abuse to me. Speak to an attorney. I hope you have documentation from last year when she and you cancelled the account and they turned a deaf ear. This company sounds like a total fraud. Please report them to the FTC and to the CFPB too. Good luck on getting a refund and I truly hope you are able to put this company out of business.
