Complaint Review: CAR COLLECTION LLC Leslie Delgado - Orlando, Polk City FL

 BEWARE FOLKS. After months of wandering around with my bikes, I had to track down his trailer for 2 days and involve Orlando Police to recoup my 2 motorcycles and he still owes me $895 from the transport of a third motorcycle that he never picked up in NM and it was already paid for.

I have more than 500 text messages of his excuses and lies, He even put one of his employees to make me a bad check when I surprisingly showed up where the trailer was parked . He never showed up to the more than 15 meetings that he made to pay me.

I even spend 30 min talking to him when he told me that he was trying to fix his life... MORE B......

All of this have been going on for 5 months now.

I have been trying to contact him or his wife Leslie at the following numbers but no response from them:

They use many phone numbers and half of the time are disconnected.

Also they created a new company using the same scheme:

ARROW AUTO LOGISTICS.... posted in Central Dispatch and uShip.

I also talked with his parole officer who told me I am not the only one in this situation.

AGAIN, BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.

 Hello im jorge rivera , we pick up a behicle for this company and collected $800 dollars , we had many mechanical problems and could not deliver the vehicle, for all the truble we return instead of the $800 we refunded $1200.

They never updated their coments and i think thats very unfair , I apologize for all the truble and I am honestly trying to get my life together and earn a honest living.

I want to resolve any disagreement or any problem i had and provide a good service , please anybody that feel that we did a bad service and is owed anything call me 4077243823.

Too many whack jobs out here.  All you really have to do is read the other stories about these people on ripoffreport and pissedconsumer to see what has been going onThanks for adding your story to the mix. All we can do is share and hope others see it and save themselves the hassle.

Central dispatch lets these people on as long as they pay their monthly fee. They don't even check on the companbies like they used to.  If they did they would have noticed that the newest name they are using, the MC # they provided isn't even an MC #  but instead is a DOT #

Well it doesn't surprise me since this type of behavior is standard procedure for Jorge Rivera. I called him (voice mail is not set up) and texted him with no answer or reply back. Yesterday (Wednesday), he never called, texted or showed up with the delivery of the truck that I had purchased as he stated that he would be here Wednesday. I guess the authorities will have to be involved now and hopefully they can resolve and penalize Jorge Rivera with Arrow Auto Logistics.

The MC# they listed on Central is actually their DOT# and they claim to have been in business since 2012

but they only got their MC in August of this year

I purchased a truck from Town Cars Auto Sales in West Palm Beach 3 weeks ago and they contracted Arrow Auto Logistics LLC to transport the truck from Florida to Arizona. Jorge Rivera with Arrow Auto Transport picks up the truck on the evening of July 30, 2018. A week goes by and no communication. I speak to the dealer and they contact Jorge Rivera. He claims a broken trailer axle. Another week goes by and still no update. I contact the dealer again and they contact Jorge to update the delievery. He claims a second trailer axle broke. I group text messaged Jorge and the dealer to get a firm delivery date. Jorge responds on 8/6/2018 that he will have the truck delivered on 8/12/2018. I called on 8/11/2018 to confirm that the delivery was still on for the next day. He says due to the second broken axle that it would be 8/19/2018. I again have to call him on 8/18/208 to confirm for the following day, but now he says Wednesday, 8/22/2018. I will update this Wednesday.

I am urging others to files a complaint with the FMCSA if these people ripped you off as well.

They may keep changing their company name but eventullly if enough of us speak oout, it will no longer offer a profit to them if they have to keep changing names, locations, phones and MC Authorities

June 4 2018: FINALLY a payment was made via credit card for the money owed on the transport, the tolls and the mileage that was placed on the vehicle.

FirstCar Collection emails us wanting us to respond that we got the payment or they will call credit card company and cancel the payment even though they got an automated receipt from us when they made the payment.

Then Car Collection emails us asking us to remove our rating and they will pay us an extra $200.00

Now Car Collection emails basically saying that they need to see a "change" by the next day (or what???

Obviously if they try to cancel the payment we will fight it.

Just got more info that the "transporter" was driving the vehicle around Orlando

and blew through 3 toll booths and put on over 300 miles on the vehicle.
