Car Delivery USA Inc. All Day Auto Transport Unscrupulous Business Practices, Bait and Switch, Rude Coral Springs Florida
I recieved a quote from Jackie at All Ady Auto Transport on 10/17/2014 after having a friendly pleasent phone call with her.
I was quoted $780.00 for the transport, $280.00 down and $500.00 cash on arrival with the car to be picked up on 12/11/2014.
On that schedualed pickup day Susan called to say she had a driver lined up but the cost was now $1450.00.
Susan gave me the excuse that they didn'nt realise the car was in Northern Michigan, a comlete lie, and that it was the driver who was demanding more money. I did NOT bite on her bait.
Having myself run business' for over 30 years, I well know the ethical business practice of sticking to ones estimate. Had they wanted a few dollars more, an extra tank of fuel perhaps, I might have agreed. But nearly doubling the price, and on the day of schedualled pickup is completely unethical.
I will not be doing business with this company and I advise all others the same.
