Kevin Kelley phoned me and almost had me talked into sending him $250.00 to have their company "Car Loan help.org" negotiate with Capital One Finance for help in getting my vehicle re-financed to prevent it from being re-possessed. He said their company would look at the initial credit application and 1 out of 10 had errors. We would sue Cap. One, my interest rate would be lowered to 10%, I would go 30-60 days without having to make a payment and get my payment lowered to $300.- $325.00. This program was guaranteed and I only needed to send $125.00 now and the balance after X-mas.

Thank God for my daughter, who googled Rennie Todd and she also checked out the Rip Off web-site.

Rennie Todd has been scamming people across the U.S.

This Kevin Kelley, seemed very educated. I had mentioned to him also, about scams.

You really have to remember - "If it seems to good to be true, it is probably a scam.

I have been in touch with the Lee County Sheriff's Dept. in Florida and they are handling the case. Their telephone # is: 239-477-1242.

I am a firm believer in: "What comes around, goes around". These guys will eventually get what is deserved to them. I just wish that I could be there when this happens.

God will pay them back.

The person name that owns this scam website that shut down is Michael Borzomati. It is of legal record on the delaware business license, which was easy to find. He lives in Round Rock , Texas. He Scammed my girlfriend out of money. She lost her car. I do not even want a refund no more. He promised her her car would not get repo'd and it did. I am after Michael Borzomati and will make his life a living hell. You made my girlfriend send her money in and promise her stuff and you guys did not help her one bit. She trusted you and lost her car. I will be filling out a lawsuit against Micahel Borzomati.  See you soon Mike!!!!!

oh by the way, michael borzomati works out of 3100 scarlet oak cir. It is the address where Car Help USA LLC has done business. I am sure he either lives there or works there.

We'll find out, because  I have a private investigator digging up more info as we speak.  I dont mind spending $2500 to take this guy down.

I will be positng further info once I find out more.

You contacted 6 people who are customers?  So there's public information on who their customers are and those customers are willing to have a complete stranger call them to openly discuss the fact that they are in repossession?  How stupid do you think people are?  You guys are shameless.  If Mr. Baxter is so legitimate, why was it necessary to obtain a Delaware license?  It's public knowledge that you obtain a Delaware license to conceal the identity of the owner.  Also, Mr. Baxter's phone number also begins with area code 239 which is a Florida prefix.  So Mr. Kelly and Mr. Baxter both have 239 prefixes but openly try to claim they are a Delaware corp.  It won't be long now crooks...

I found out that CAR HELP USA, LLC is not a scam. The owner is who he says he is, and they have a current filing with the state of Delaware. This company also informs the consumer in clear contract that negotiations aren't promised. I have contacted 6 people who all signed up for the service and had nothing but positive things to say about Car Help USA. I am sorry I jumped to conclusions but you always have to be safe. I will be contacting them tomorrow to get my payments lowered.

I have a friend who is helping me find out more info on the owner of this company. He goes by Mike Baxter- which isn't his real name I don't believe. He is not in Florida however. We have reason to believe he is in Texas.  I have a friend who works with a large phone company who will be providing me his real first and last name in 24 hrs, as he can legally see the name used when paying the bill. I will post his name and address, because it's only fair everyone knows his real name. Will update soon.

I did a search for the owner of this company. He goes by Mike Baxter- which isn't his real name, he is not in Florida however. His name is Michael B. (the B doesn't stand for Baxter, because my friend said its a lot more letters). I have a friend who works with a large phone company who will be providing me his last name in 24 hrs. I will post his name and address, because it's only fair everyone knows his real name. Will update soon.

I work for one of the largest automotive lenders in this country which you claim to be "negotiating with" and after reading your response it got me wondering, how exactly do you "bridge the gap" between us as lenders and OUR clients using a "one page contract that has no fine print"?

How do you explain to consumers that you can speak with us on their behalf if you have no authorization to do so?  Are your clients really so stupid to believe that any guy off the internet can just call us and claim to be working on their behalf and get the information he wants?  Do your clients really think that we would subject ourselves to such an obvious breach of contract and open ourselves up to the litigation that goes along with such irresponsible behavior?  I doubt very highly you are the owner of the company as it would take an even more unintelligent person than the clients he claims to represent to defend himself here, but if you are, it won't be long until your jig is up as your entire statement here is fraudulent in one form or another.  Information contained at this website as well as several others is clear that you are operating out of Florida with a Delaware license in order to shield yourself from easily identifying your shell game.  However, rest assured that just as Auto Relief Group was shut down by the Florida AG, so too will you be on short notice.  Be honest with people you d i c k.

I don't know where you get your information from. I typically have about fifty active files. I am the only person who deals with the lenders which I do for each and everyperson. I am currently adding another person so that we can be even more effectice .

We bridge the gap between the lender and the client. We NEVER SUE LENDERS.

We NEVER have employees act as Clients. They would be fired if they did.

Our one page contract has no fine print. The only thing in Bold print is that we do not guarantee the outcome of these negotiations. Nothing is hidden.

For an anonymous person to just say anything that comes to mind is unfair. You use words like fraud and crook as though you have any facts or basis, which you don't. Your words are empty and have no foundation.

Mr. Kelly has been rehired as of 1/15/ 2011Everyone deserves a second chance and it has been made very clear to him that we can help people, but we cannot predict the future of a negotiation. NEVER has he or anyone else promised anyone that we would sue a lender. Our contract has only two things in bold print. We cannot guarantee the outcome of these negotiaions, and that the client must provide us with truthful information regrding their loan.

Mr.Baxter, are you really claiming that you have actually produced real results? Your website and 2 different people who answered your phones stated that you personally negotiate with the lenders on each and every client enrolled. Are we to believe that you make several hundred calls a day in order to justify the budget you spend on advertising?

I find it strange that instead of addressing the claims in the complaint, you chose only to claim that the individual no longer works there. Why not address the claims made? Likely it is because you yourself don;t even realize that it is impossible to sue the lender due to the fact that there is a sticky little agreement called the Arbitration Agreement that is included with every automotive contract that prevents an individual from filing a lawsuit.

You are a joke and a fraud if you expect people to believe that you are calling every lender personally like you claim. In fact, what you are doing is having your employees call and acting like the client themselves by providing personal information that only the client should have. Stop being such a fraud and admit your method because it is unethical and illegal. You will be caught and prosecuted because we are not stupid. I work at one of the largest lenders in the world and the Florida State Attorney General is on your tail. Hiding in Delaware will not save you. Crook.

First of all, Mr Kelly has been fired from our company for exactly that reason. Our web site promises hard work with your lenderand our contract specifically points out in bold print that these are negotiations with no guarantees. He worked for two weeks and was let go. I achieve an extaordinarily high success rate with lenders in bridging the communication gap, and save many a person from repossession and from losing their realationship with their lender. We go the extra yard for everyone in the program.
