CARCOMPUTEREXCHANGE IMPERIAL BEWARE RIPOFF NEVER GOT WHAT THEY SAID THEY HAD AND NEVER GOT A REFUND CARY North Carolina
I was told they had a computer that would fit my diesel truck so i payed with a credit card and waited on product for several weeks then called them and they said the one they had wasnt working right but they had another one on its way so i waited another week and called back and same story they were now looking again for one so after a couple mths. of the run around i told since they couldnt produce a product to just give me a refund and they said sure that they would credit my credit card back so i kept calling my card for a couple weeks and never a charge back on my card
so i called and they said they were having a problem i there billing dept. but would just send me a check so i waited again and called back after a week and told them i didnt receive a check and they said they decided to just try carging my card back but were still having problems in billing and so every couple days i would call and still some excuse and now its 10 mths later and still nothing from them so buyer beware this company is a ripoff artist stealing peoples hard earned money that computer cost me over $500.00 dollars and many hrs. of frustration.
