This is an online car cover supplier.  They went through a process of identifying the car for the cover and tell you they have a fit. Submitted an order and when it arrived, it did not fit very well. All baggy and pouchy and dragging on the ground. I sent an email to ask for an exchange for a better fit or a refund. They offered 40% off to keep it, they made no other conditions. I decide it was an OK offer in lieu of spending $40 to ship it back and get another cover that might be even further off, so I accepted.

4 months later the top of the cover is falling apart (thin outer layer became brittle split open, next inner layer crumbling, shedding white flakes) and will soon be useless. Sent photos to carcover.com and they refused to address it due to the 40% discount. No conditions were specified at the time of the offer and the discount was as much to save them money for shipping out a new cover as it saved me money to return the bad fitting one to them. Not good customer service, unreliable fit, poor quality materials, deceptive warranty practice. Overall a bad company.
