Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I started shopping around for a merchant account on May 14 2002 and spoke with Chad Henderson who made me an offer I could not refuse and that was a zero money down to start up.

I told him my site was being developed and I was not going to use the merchant account until two months down the road. This would be when I went live with the site and I had no need to activate it and did not want to be charged until I was up and running. This was a logical business decision on my part and he agreed with me not to charge me. He mentioned nothing about a 52 page agreement, sent me a three page agreement to initial and sign allong with my check attached.

I immediately was being charged and so I called customer service and cleared it up with Hyatt who was Customer Service Supervisor. I then got charged the following month as well with a collection agency on my back now. Called again and got the collection agency to waive the charges with Hyatts help, so I thought.

The next thing I know I got a demanding letter from them trying to charge $375.00 for terminating and returned funds charges. Now Hyatt is on vacation and he did note on my account he requested the Collection Dept to waive the $75.00 fee, which I heard on a three way call. But since he did not indicate the individuals from collections name on my account which he spoke to, they refuse to work with me and are turning it into the credit bureau so I am just going to let them and I will dispute it after I get my letter.

This company is deceptive and will not support any agreements made by their independent agents who do not say anything about an 52 page agreement, nor do they want to work with you at all.

Their agents and supervisors lie and I had to give up due to spending hours on hold while on the phone and not getting nothing more than lip service and a huge runaround.

This company should be investigated due to unethical business practices. I hope someday the goverment catches on to their scams and lies.

Tony
