I'm writing this because I didn't see any reviews for this company before I used them. I should have known better but I took a chance and now am out $120 for a "detail" that turned out to be a subpar regular wash and vaccuum. The place in my neighborhood does the same thing for $15 (plus tip). They encourage you to pay with cash. As I'm writing this I realize I was really stupid to use this service in the first place. Ugh. Expensive lesson, I guess. Don't make the same mistake.

It is very difficult to respond to anonymous complaints since anyone can say anything (a competitor perhaps trying to discredit another company?) In reviewing our records, there is not a single complaint from anyone in the Chicago area in the last 30 days that paid $120, so I am not at all certain where this is coming from.
Our complaint process is quite specific. If a client is not satisfied with the services, they will receive a free re-visit to address any issues under the terms of the service ordered. Of the 11,000+ appointments we have processed in the past year, 95% of our reviews have 5-Star ratings. We only retain detailers in our network that maintain a 4.0 out of 5.0 average. We also make sure our detailers are properly licensed, insured, equipped, and experienced. Our customers are usually thrilled with the services and we have MANY repeat customers.
While we can't please everyone all the time, we do our very best to make sure a customer receives a fair value for what they spend. Complaints are usually few and far between and account to less than .5% of total jobs. While not perfect, we think a 99.5% satisfaction rate is really very good!
