8-25-06:No gift cards or response from Cardgiver.com to me or my friend in 2 years. They do not even respond to the Ca. Atty. Gen. office! That $50 gift card offer was not worth the 200+ spam mails per day and virus I got on my computer for going to their site.(they sell your address)These types of businesses need to cease. They are ruining the internet! People need to stop going to these type of sites and doing these offers!

Update 10-25-05:CardGiver.com has not responded to us or Attorney General. It has been 1 year and I believe that they never intend on replying or sending the gift card.I have received a lot of "spam" since I completed the offer with them 1 year ago.I will never again be "scammed" into any more giftcard, etc.offers on the internet. Also, these sites remain in the background while you are giving your personal info.(credit card info.,etc.)to complete the offers. The only way this will cease is if people reading this stop completing these offers.
