I have had no problems making my payments or getting my payments credited right away. What I suggest you should have done to avoid this is use your financial institutions online bill pay. This way you are covered in case anything like this happens. You can trace your payment and if it was withdrawn from your account, you have a record of it on there. I'm glad in the end it got resolved. Good luck!

It is Now June 30th of 2008 today I FINALLY got a statement in the mail that acknowledges My $500.00 payment , It was a Sept of 2007 Payment they would not acknowledge, they now have it marked down as an April of 2007 payment cause they have absolutly have no clue as to whats going on in there Poorly run business, But I will tell you this ...I went threw hell getting this matter resolved. But It was certainlya big challenge.I actullay put together a 17 page pamplet of all my proof. and mailed to the following: Attorney General in New York, Attorney General in Texas(where this company is located), Senator Gearge Maziarz of NY, Senator Chuck Schumer and would like to also Thank all of them for there help and great interest to help. A special thanks to the Senators, Senator George Maziarz called me personally to talk to me about this which I greatly appreciated. Senator Chuck Schumer's was also very prompt, Thanks for all yuor help. To anyone who is having my type of issue dont quit if a company is ripping you off Like the GE Money Bank tried to do to me. I truley think they were hoping they exahausted me so I would go away, but it only made me more determined not to let them get away with what they did to me, So please dont let them get away with this type of business it a crime.Call your Attorney General and call everyone, and I mean everyone get all your proof together and mail it to everyone including your state and federal Senators of your state and they should help you. GE Money Bank needs to be charged with something and should most certainly have a class action law suit put against them. Thanks Lenore
