Remember, everything now is computer generated. I doubt the customer service rep has the authority to actually change the due date. It probably needs to be transferred to a different division to do that. Try calling and speaking to that exact division that has the authority. Or ask the rep what the procedure is for changing the due date. Get as much info as you can regarding their procedures so you can do it the right way. No one offers the info, or the rep may not know. Ask the questions and that may result in the rep finding out the answers for you.

...my bill is due on the 15th of the month and my husband gets paid on the last Friday of every month. My statement drops around the 1st of every month so I pay it online, as soon as the statement drops. My bill gets paid 2 weeks early every month. They don't have to change the due date, just pay it as soon as the statement drops. I'm sure it would be nice if they changed it like they said they would. Did you try requesting that in writing or did you just call them? After you racked up the 2 late fees, did you call them back insinuating it was their fault for not changing the date? I hope not because then you will probably never get what you need.
