 Care.com has an auto renewal policy.  They charged me for three years for sevices I did not use. They know when my last

login was made three years ago. When I contacted them to let them know that I had forgotten about the auto renewal going to a credit card. I personally did not pay it but rather a member of my family had been paying not knowing what it was but thought it was something i initiated. Which I did. Ok, I get it. A mistake on my part; but an  honest mistake; an expensive  lesson learned. When I called to let them know about the charges and explained what had happened there was no mercy. I asked them if they had the last log in... They said yes...three years ago. So they knew I had not used the website. I requested the money. They had no mercy.  How in the world do these people sleep? I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Service. There was never an email sent to give me a heads up about the charges.  This was an hosest mistake on my part...but I'd really like someone in the Care.com to CARE.

 And WHY should they care?? Ok we get it, YOU made a mistake and forgot the auto billing. For three years. Just because YOU had not logged in in that three years doesnt mean that you didnt WANT to. THAT is what YOU have paid for. So they are NOT going to refund it back to you. Its no different then signing up for a fitness club and NOT going. You are still billed because YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT!!! You clearly stated to them that YOU wanted auto billing. While a bir frustrating they cant refund that money back as it was the fee to allow YOU access to thier services over that three years.
