When I initially signed up to care.com I did it on the recommendation of a friend. I did not really have the money to be able to post an ad so I even found a coupon code to discount the one month membership I signed up for.
Today I discovered that Care.com has taken $40 a month from a credit card I no longer thought was active. I am so upset and I am in so much trouble with the credit card company.
When I signed up I remember making sure it was just a single months access. I searched for coupons to discount the rate so I could afford to place an ad.
I signed up on June 11th 2012 and they have taken a total of $520!!!! I am so very very upset and this is completely not fair.
I did NOT sign up for a recurring payment. It is completely unethical.
I am not a dumb person, I read things in advance before I sign up and I really made a point of making sure my membership was just for one month to post one ad.
I am so upset that care.com has taken this money.
I discovered this because I got a call from the credit card company to ask me what my plan was to pay off the credit. I can't believe it. I'm just so upset.
I feel that this is completely unfair and I ethical and I would like to request a reimbursement for this money.
Please please please help me resolve this. I cannot afford this kind of unfair sItuation
