 I got a call on my cell phone from True care advantage telling me about a discount program for me and everyone in my family for 34.00 a mo. for vision, dental, physician and drug coverage.

The lady talked too fast and I kept asking her to slow down because from what I could tell she was saying the card would save me st least 30% on every service for anyone in my family. 

I double checked that this is what she was saying, and ordered the service. at $34.00 plus 25.00 enrollment fee.

I think I must have been crazy because I had not checked the rip off report! But she never gave me a moment to breathe. She did say that I could get a full refund of the 34.00 if I decided to cancel.

I called her and Careington international corporation to let them know I wanted to cancel...Careington told me to call another number, I left a message and never got a call back.

I emailed the lady that sent me the email saying "welcome" and I would receive my card in 7-10 days. No response SO, I am putting them here and on Angie's list.

Im sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience. It does appear as though during your enrollment all statements made were true and accurate of our dental discount plan, costs, savings and refund policy.  Careington referred you back to us for cancellation as we provide servicing of your account. If you received our voice mail it was most likely after business hours, as we do strive to call each member inquiry back the following business day, regardless of their question or concern. However in some instances if the
member name, member ID # or phone number are inaudible or not provided this can cause a complication in our follow up.

We have been dedicated to helping our members save money on their dental care since 2006, and we would love to do the same for you. We look forward to your giving us another opportunity to better serve you.
