Im sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience. It does appear as though during your enrollment all statements made were true and accurate of our dental discount plan, costs, savings and refund policy. Careington referred you back to us for cancellation as we provide servicing of your account. If you received our voice mail it was most likely after business hours, as we do strive to call each member inquiry back the following business day, regardless of their question or concern. However in some instances if the
member name, member ID # or phone number are inaudible or not provided this can cause a complication in our follow up.
