Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Terrible company, terrible people. First of all, my wife is now 39 weeks pregnant. This project was supposed to be complete July 30th, and now with the date being August 28th, they took their tools and left without completing a single thing. Our renovation was supposed to be the entire floor, including 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. They did not finish the flooring, did not finish drywalling, did not finish the cabinets, did not finish grouting. They actually didn't finish a single job, though started a bit of all of them. They took all of the money and made up bogus amounts for "materials". All in all, spent over 25k and still have another 15k of work to do. They promised to have the house done and ready before the baby arrives, but now we are stuck with a completely incomplete home with dust everywhere and a baby due in a week. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. STAY AWAY from this company.

Nothing they have stated is factual. There are always 2 sides of every story. And we have documented proof of our side. Job took longer because the house was a can of worms. Everytime we worked on something we found more issues. All finish work had to wait until the electrician was done, who had to completly rewire the entire upstairs. Putting holes in the walls, making us take down ceilings that were not planned. After 3 weeks of the electicians work, who was not hired until the first of august, they expected us to finish EVERYTHING within a week. This experience was a nightmare, they ordered most of their items over the internet, having to wait for them to be delivered, ordering the wrong pieces needed. Not to mention constantly asking for "free" add ons which our mistake was agreeing out of sympathy. As for materials? They recieved copies of every dime spent, and after reviewing them they realized we were shorted $62. And we NEVER asked for gas money! They asked us to clean everything out because they had relatives coming, that is why we packed our tools. We had full intentions to return until recieving numerous angry and threatning texts. They loved our work untill we could not be superheros and finish everything in 5 days or do anymore freebies. We lost so much money on this job, having to cancel other jobs to complete theirs. They expected us to work 12 hour days 7 days a week. We are a small business, just husband and wife, their unrealistic expectations and attitudes are what hurt small businesses.

If you are going to review a company, at least be honest about it. It takes months to get a customer, and only seconds to loose one. People need to realize how negative comments truly hurt a company. Just because things didnt go your way, does not give you the right to put all the blame on one company. When you buy an old house and want to renovate it, expect the unexpected. And the entire job did not take $25,000. They were also living in a FULLY furnished apartment style basement with kitchen and bathroom, not sleeping in total debri, so they were not inconvenienced completely.
