AFTER my 5 days was up, while i was getting my car waxed, the guy at the car washed was shooting the breeze with me. one of his comments was "how bad was the accident?" when i questioned him, he showed me all the areas of the vehicle that had been repaired (THE CARFAX WAS CLEAN...THE DMV REPORTS WERE CLEAN) Since sept. 2010, i have had to take my car to Carmax to have the same issue resolved over and over and over again. At the moment, they've had it for two weeks. they keep finding more stuff wrong. i keep telling them that the vehicle was in an accident before i purchased it and the only response that i get is "the carfax report is clean". My service advisor is a sweetheart....i'm hoping that he isn't jerking my chain. good that i purchased an extended warranty and havent had to pay for anything. all i want is for them to make it right. it isnt easy for me to get to duarte when i work in compton. since there is physical proof of a presale accident (alot of proof actually), i think that they should give me a full refund so that I can purchase a different car FROM A REAL DEALERSHIP!

Quote : "car max ripped me off and i remember buying the car they make me sign a paper not to go through a lawyer for any problems, now I know why!"
That paper they "Made" you sign is called "Arbitration Agreement". and to be honest almost every car dealer that I am aware of now a days does this. If you dont want to sign Arbitration Agreement than dont buy the car!! some people still amaze me. You buy a used car knowing there are probably issues with the vehicle itself and they may or may not disclose to you what is wrong with the vehicle depending if they know or not they may not even know!!
