So let me get this straight, the car was "spinning out of control" from the moment you bought it, right? Okay .... so ..... 1- Did you ever test drive the car even one time, before purchasing it? 2- Why did you wait 34 days to return to CarMax to have it serviced, knowing that the warranty is only for 30 days? 3- Why would you trade in a good car like a Maxima for an Isuzu anyway!! You cannot blame CarMax for your lackadaisical attitude and lollygaggling demeanor. If you experienced a problem with the car from the beginning, you should have returned it to CarMax IMMEDIATELY. You cannot expect them to make any amends after the 30 day warranty and 5 day return policy. You actually have the gall to expect them to give you the full purchase price towards the purchase of a different vehicle! Do you have any idea how much a vehicle depreciates, just seconds after you leave the lot? Next time before you buy a vehicle, do your homework. Read up a little on the car-buying process. Read any and all paperwork before you sign, and ask questions while still at the dealership. TEST DRIVE the vehicle, don't just buy something because it is a pretty color or it has a kickin' CD sound system. And -- this is not rocket science here -- if a car is "spinning out of control" that may indicate that this is not a vehicle that you should buy in the first place! Cry me a river!!!!
