Carolina Furnitue Concepts Company ignores questions regarding warranty Arden North Carolina
I have a question regarding our Bassett bedroom set warranty. Everytime I call them I get transferred to customer service which instantly gives me a recorded message. I leave them a call back number and a message but never recieve a response. I'm not asking them to fix the problem for me but just some info regarding if Bassett warrants my problem with the plastic drawer guides braking.
