Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had called this furniture company a couple of months back and then started checking this furniture company out. I found alot of interesting information on the internet.

After finding this site I was amazed at the large number of complaints that this company has received. After reading the complaints I started my own search on some information about International Home Furniture.

Turns out that is looks like he owns this new company too (you can tell that it is a new site by the number of hits that he has had compared to the other carolina furniture site).

This company also wants you to fill out information for quotes and when you call all you get is a recording to "leave your name and number and someone will return your call"! How long can this man do this????

Word really needs to get out about this other internet site also so that there arent more victims like a lot of you have become. Thank you so much and I wish you each the best of luck!

Does anyone know what is going on with this man now? I see he is still in business....and has a new one too! PASS THE WORD....CAROLINA FURNITURE-MILLER BURNS-INTERNATIONAL HOME FURNITURE!!!!!!!!

Judy, Thanks for the info on International Home Furniture. I called them today and priced a grandfather clock. When I asked the salesperson about the history of the company, he wouldn't give out much info. I asked how long the company had been in business. He said just a few months, but the owners had worked many years in the furniture business. He told me I would have to call back and speak with Ray or Randy for additional info. A few hours later I called back. A man named Ray answered the phone. I would swear it was HR! I have spoke with HR many times on the phone. This man sounded just like him! I asked him if he was really HR. "Ray" said many people think he sounds like someone else. Then he asked if I was calling about a price. I wanted to keep him on the phone as long as possible. I asked about the history of his company. He said it has been in business of 2 or 3 yrs. ( that is not what I was told earlier!) I told him that I have had problems with another company in North Carolina. "Ray" told me not to worry. His company could deliver the grandfather clock this weekend. He said I would not have to send in a deposit. I can pay when it arrives. AGAIN, this sounds to good to be true. This makes me wonder if "Ray" is trying to resell OUR furniture!! I am not sure what to do at this point. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, the holding music is the same tune that we have all heard for months at Carolina Furniture. Please respond.

In doing some additional searching I can assure you that the new web site INTERNATIONAL HOME FURNITURE(Dot Com) does indeed belong to the same HR PRIVETTE. Please note the "NEW ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM" on this website as well(top right on international site)!!!!!! Both websites carry the same "furniture tracking" notices !!!!! Pass the word!!!!
