Carri Adams & Cindie Steger-Heit - Hive Consulting - Hive Advanced Solutions - Advanced Plus Personnel Carri Adams & Cindie Heit issues fraudulent checks Dallas Texas
I worked for Hive Consulting(owned by Carri Adams)in Feburary and March of this year. They closed down with out ever paying me. 2 months later, after networking I located a phone number for a partner and co-conspirator, Cindie Heit now doing busness as Advanced Plus Personnel.. After several weeks of correspondence, she finally mailed me a check. I cashed the check about 2 months ago. The bank notified me today that the check was dishonored by the bank and that I AM personally responsible for the fraudulent check and the returned check fees.
I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Metro Dallas and the Texas Attorney General for them to investigate the companies and their owners. If you have been messed over by them, please email me with your story so that I can attached it to the complaint form.
Also, I want to know if anyone would like to be listed as a plaintiff in my small claim court lawsuit against these individuals. I AM PAYING THE FILING FEE to initiate the lawsuit. As long as the total cliam owed doesn't go over $10,000.00. The only cost to you is for you to get the plantiff form notarized and the stamp to mail it to me. In additon, I would like to split the $70 citation fee per defendant. This is paid directly to the COURT, NOT TO ME. I can send you the form via email. The more people involved (up tp $10,000.00), the little we have to pay to have them served.
I am searching company filings with the Secretary of State to locate any additonal owners or defendants.
IF ANYBODY KNOW THE WHEREABOUTS OF THESE INDIVIDUALS, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

HIVE Consulting is DBA as Go Get'em Staffing--Not Part of Advanced Plus or Tripple Play or Cindie Steiger-Heit Last year Cindie Heit and I were in a partnership (so I thought). Cindie decided to close the company down and close me out of the company as well. Cindie Steiger-Heit DBA Advanced Plus Personnel, DBA Tripple Play Staffing is her companies. She and I created HIVE Advanced Solutions. When we seperated she had 100% access to all company funds, bank accounts, checks, payroll checks ect. She froze me out of our company bank account and all access to our funds and checks. She was given any and all information I had regarding who was in need of payment for work performed to my knowledge. She was responsible for paying all outstanding debt as well as payroll or 1099 wages due to any and all staff. I had no way of doing any payroll nor access to any bank accounts as she took me off the accounts. I have since opened my own company HIVE Consulting, DBA Go Get'em Staffing and am trying to get my business up and going again as well. I am very sorry if any one has been taken advantage of or is still owed money by Ms. Heit, but she and I ARE NOT affiliated with each other. My only suggestion is to try to contact her directly by certified letter to the address listed in the report for her company not my business address in Richardson. I also have my legal case on hold with Ms. Heit and would be happy to discuss more information with anyone who is still in need of finding resolutions. Feel free to email me at [email protected]. Cindie is the president-owner of Triple Play Staffing. You can google the name and go to their website and contact info. She has a long, very long history of burning people, you are definitely not alone.

The most interesting thing happened today...I received an email solicitation from Carri Adams about a job, here is the link to her "new" company, along with the rest of her contact information. The office they had on Oak Lawn was just a rented conference room, in case they interviewed there. Their real office was in Richardson off of N. Collins, where it still is. She and Cindy no longer work together as I understand it today. Best of luck, hope this helps.
