Carrie Gilmartin Carrie Gilmartin Collins, Carrie Collins Fell behind on rent owed. Made up a BS story about stalker and left property. Sued for $3,000.00, won and she skipped. Learned her married name is Collins. Believed to still be in St. Charles County, Missouri area. Wentzville Missouri
Our house was put on the market just before the housing crash in '06. Carrie Gilmartin, while working for a local real estate company (Gundaker) offered to rent the home with option to purchase and we excepted. During the following year, she missed several payments and then quit paying. We took her to small claims courtin St. Charles County, MO and was awarded $3,000.00. She skipped. We received a letter from the courts several years later that she had married and her name was now Carrie Gilmartin Collins. She may still be in real estate, so beware should an attractive woman with a sweet smile offers to rent the property. It may be her.
