Cash Advance USA A MAN CALLS AND TELLS ME I WILL BE ARRESTED, Internet
A man by the name of David Jones says he is from a third part company calling to collect a debt or i will be arrested. I asked him what it pertained to, he would not go into detail about it. All he tells me is this is for cashadvanceusa.com and i am calling you to collect this debt. I asked him when this was to have supposedly happened, he rudely cut me off and tells me," dont interupt me again.
I'm calling here to collect a debt. You either pay today or we will call the sheriffs department and issue out a warrant for your arrest tomorrow. They will come to your job and arrest you on the premises." I asked him" how has that happened, when i didn't even apply to the company?" He raises his voice to me and says " have it your way, the sheriff will deal with you" and hung up on me. So here i am to report it.
