Cash Call calls and harrases customers at home and at work even after paaayment arrangements are made and they are told to stop calling at work. They are abusive, rude and nasty during collection calls. Completely inappropriate!

This man calls several times a day to both home and work. He raises his voice and talks over me on the phone. He asks why I am behind and when I tell him he says "So how is that my problem." Last Tuesday he called my work and when my co-worker tried to take a message he told her, "This is none of your business."

Later that day I called Cash Call and was transfered to him. I attempted to make a payment arrangement. He would not accept it. He was very rude and told me I wouldn't be able to pay when I said I would because I would spend the money or my husband would need it. He raised his voice throughout the conversation. He heard my husband talking in the background and said "put him on the phone so he can say that to me!" My husband is not on this account and I told him I did not want my husband involved. I told him he was being a "jerk" and he said "you are only mad because I'm not going to accept your payment arrangement." I told him I could no longer receive phone calls at work because he was so rude to my co-worker. He said well I will need to call your job and verify your employment. This may go to litigation. He said some other threatening things. I told him I will pay the payment when I said I would, Good-Bye. I hung up.

The next day he called my job, introduced himself as David Hernandez from Cash Call and asked my co-worker if I was there, I was not. He asked who my supervisor is, her name and to speak to her. My co worker refused. He called again 2 days later and asked for me. When I got on the phone he said I didnt ask for you I asked for your supervisor. I asked why, he said he faxed her something and he hadn't heard back yet. I asked what he faxed her and he said I have to verify your employment. I said you are talking to me at work right now, and for that you need to talk to Human Resources and I transfered him there.
