My iphone was appraised at $180 and they sent me an email saying they will offer only $30. The email said not to reply but call, so I called and waited about 15 min for someone to answer the phone. When I told the person I wanted the phone back, he said I have to talk to purchasing, which was closed at that time. So I called several times again to reach them but was not successful. Finally after the holiday, I was able to reach them again by waiting 15min. Then they switched me to purchasing and waited another 10 min. Purchasing said my account has been closed and check mailed. I told her I left a message 2 weeks ago to ship back my phone and I tried to call several times but no answer. She said it is too late because the account has been closed.
This website is a scam!!!
