Cash For Laptops Cash For Laptops TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! Internet
Cash for Laptops is a TOTAL SCAM! THey quoted me $203 for my iphone 5 that was in perfect condition. (I took pictures) Shipped it and received an email that they would gove me $16 for it. I emailed them twice to have them send it back. No response. So I called FIVE times, different times of day, and on 2 different days. They always transferred me to the 'Purchasing Department", which I believe is a phone in a basement, because I was on hold every time for 10 minutes, then an automated voice tells me that I've called uring a high volume period and to call back after 1pm. Then it hangs up on me!!!!
Every time I called and told the customer service person that I wanted to speak with a supervisor, they told me that I had to go through the "Purchasing Deptartment". SHADY is all I can say.
