 Hi, I’m having issues with cashforberrys. 1st week of December I sent them two samsung galaxy s3 phones one which was actually new. I had recieved quotes of 130 dollars for one and 80 dollars for the other. Approximately three week later, they sent me an email saying they are issuing a payment of 70 dollars for one and 45 dollars for the other . I promptly sent an email asking for explanation for such a big price difference than the quote i got and that I would like my phones back to which I got no reply. After patiently waiting for a reply for two weeks, I called them to ask for my phones to be returned. I got put on hold for 25 minutes, then the system hung up on me. I tried again for a couple of times, but had no success. Now going on week 7. No phones were received by me, nor have I received the money they offered to pay me. I feel like this is just outright theft.
