cashforipads gave me an online quote of $215 for two Samsung Galaxy phones. They sent me a box and as directed, I mailed the two phones to them. A week later, I received an email saying their technicians finished evaluating the phones and the new quote if $120 in total for the two phones. Soon after, a check for the same amount was received in the mail. I called and asked them to cancel the check and return my phones because I had higher local offers.
They would not. In fact, it was quite difficult to reach them as their hold times were outrageously long!I believe they are tricking people by offering high quotes and making a much lower payment before anyone can stop them. I highly advise everyone to proceed with caution.
