CashForiPhones SCAM Scumbag thieves Sparks, Nevada Internet
As everybody else has stated, I was lured to send these dinks my used iPhone 4S at a quoted value of $157. I never received any correspondance regarding the inspection by these cheats "certified technicians" who inspect the device, rather just an e-mail notifying me that payment had been issued. I immediately called and played the "on-hold" game until I was dumped into a voicemail service where I politely stated I would like my device returned. I followed this up with an e-mail with the same request. 2 days later I was advised via e-mail that I had to make my request over the phone, so I called again another 4 times, only to wait on hold and be dumped into an answering service where I repeated my request. Several days later I missed a call back from these dirtballs, however it was beyond the "3 days" that they allow to request your device back. On a road trip last week I called repeatedly with the hope of speaking with someone and as it turns out my call was answered...only got the run-around and eventually my call was dropped...I called again (another 30 minutes on hold) and spoke with a different criminal. I was told different stories over and over again about how my phone was damaged, excessive wear, etc. All lies and different from each of these idiots. I was finally promised a call back from a supervisor which never came, so now I have a check for $11 which I plan to frame and keep as a reminder of what this world is coming to. My only hope is that these scumbags pull this on the wrong person and get what's coming to them.
