Sent diabetic test strips and lancets to: cashnowoffer.com, PO Box 34638, Chicago, IL 60634. They confirmed receipt twice via telephone, but did NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT. Sent six emails, none was answered. Live person no longer answers phone, calls now answered via "this message box is full". They're scammers!!! They'll send you boxes to send your supplies, of course, but you'll never receive payment. BEWARE!!
