Complaint Review: Casperon Technologies - Internet

Oh its this Kapil guy again??? How many scam companies do you have? I was investigating to purchase one of the airbnb clones but I keep seeing reports of this same organization robbing their customers. I see many brands are all the same guy, beucase I now clearly see its not really a serious company.  So just to have a heads up everybody. The known brand names are Casperon, Dectar and Zoplay, possibly more. And what makes me more disappointed in my due diligence before buying is that this guy not only steals from his clients but also breaks one of the most important rules of business. He breaches the customer's privacy. I looked at this rebuttal he wrote it just made me laugh. He first claims that the person that reported this is not him but someone else, and then shows images of PRIVATE conversations with the customer. Hell I went ahead and read them and it just seems this customer was trying to get his paid sofftware delivered. He evidently got scammed as well as the real person who reported this. Either way, it is good to know about this scam artists operating as dev companies. This Kapil guy seems to be is getting into a lot of trouble with a lot of people. Hope he doesnt get anybody else.

This Guy Jose Kamel is a real scammer. He is doing the same activity with many companies trying to purchase the product and they create problems asking us to do more new features without paying anything. If you go and ask for money he will either raise a paypal discpute or else black mail you by saying that he will post negative reviews against the company. This is one of the old case were we won the dispute he raised in paypal.

After that he was trying to make all attempts to get his payment refund from us [btw he haven't made a full payment for the product so far, just released only half] We are not worried about this guy. We have so much proof of screenshot against this guy, so we are not worried about this person review. If our company really made a mistake, we are ready to refund his money anytime which we have done to few customers and we do have the proof of paypal refund screenshots as well.

I always recommend any of my customer to go through the product first, ask questions, get it clarified before making any purchases. Please do not directly believe all these customers reviews as it is, because you may be missing a good company, good people and good product. I have good reviews on linkedin from all over the customers in this world which cannot be received in one day. All the customers are happy with our after sale support that we provide which I could bet that no company will provide like this.
