Here's what Mark Provenzano did. His company, who acted as the GC, signed a contract for architectural services using the Caspian / Columbian name, got paid by the owner for the services, then refused to pay the architect money he already recieved from the owner. It's now been over 6 months since we first started trying to collect and we haven't gotten a cent. The Agreement actually lists a Michigan address for Caspian / Columbian, with a suite number and everything--turns out this is just a UPS box.
Do not do business with this guy,...if you want to actually get paid.
