castel-fergy wang gang they charge me the money they want and they send me the article they want, nothing to do with what I ordered Internet

I ordered by internet to what I suppossed to be a Polish shop, ¨castle-fergy¨ a pair of Columbia hiking shoes. I paid with debit card. they charge me inmiadiatly 5 pounds more thatn the total amount vat and post included, from a bank account in Shalghai. I though maybe were they so I wrote they, and No answer at all.
2 weeks later I receive from normal post a pair o false Jack Wolfskin shoes, nothing to do with those I ordered, and in a normal post bag, no cardbox.
I tried to keep in contanct with the shop several times, nothing.
The address that was on the package were from Wang Gang, Shanghai, I also tried to phone the number there was and nothing.
