Casting 360 Wanted to cancel all together because I lost my job but the gentleman would not LISTEN and then kept on READING his script! Casting360 182 Howard Street 412 San Francisco, CA California

I called to cancel my membership but when i went to do so the gentleman just started reading his Script and when I went to interupt him he ignored me and would not listen to my request! I had to stop him several times before finally I had his attention. I had explained my cause to him but he continued to read his script and at this point he was very non responsive so I had requested to talk to his supervisor! Long story short, he told me that they will charge another $44.95 plus the so called $1.98 subscription fee!
