Castle Pawn and 3 of its employees and/or representatives are intentionally using the City Attorney's Office as a means to extort money through intimidation by filing false claims with the City Attorney's office alleging theft.  FYI it seems virtually impossible to correct this once CASTLE has taken action. Employees: Delivery Driver (unknown), Kevin Tarbet, and of course the store manager Ben McCauley.

Castle pawn will manipulate your payment history in order to demand redemption of merchandise. Nor will they honor your request for arbitration or mediation even though it is written into the contract with them. And of course the main office will not respond to a complaint or return your phone calls.

Castle Pawn will file false reports with the city attorney's office in order to intimidate you.

Castle Pawn mill misrepresent merchandise when selling to you.  Such as selling you a sofa under the pretense that it was only used once.  After the item is delivered one discovers the smell of urine on the sofa as well as a cockroach infestation within the sofa.  If you have furniture from this business I suggest you return it immediately for the health and safety of your family! 

In addition, Castle Pawn, puts on a pretense of customer service when in reality the main goal is to rip you off at any expense to you and your family.

Castle Pawn will harass you and your family constantly even after you formally request them not to do so.  They will trespass and cause damage to your personal property in the process.

I am financially able to satisfy my obligation and unlike so many other people I maintain meticulous records.  Assumptions like yours are the reason why they get away with it.
